Ordering

We are a solely internet based business with no shop premises. Our items are vintage or antique and as such are usually one-offs.

Payment

Payment can be made safely online with PayPal using any major credit card. When you have completed your purchase you will be directed to a secure  page. All payment is to be made in £Sterling. International transactions will be converted to £Sterling automatically by PayPal  making it easy for you to use.  You do not need to have a PayPal  account.  Alternatively you can phone your order through and pay by cheque if you are in the UK.

Postage and Packing

We ship to any location in the world. Items will be securely and lovingly packaged. The buyer pays all postage charges.

International parcels are sent using Royal Mail Small Packet Airmail or Parcelforce Worldwide depending on the weight.

UK parcels weighing up to 1Kg are sent by First Class Mail and by Royal Mail Standard Parcel service for those weighing over 1Kg I always use 'Signed For' deliveries.

PLEASE ALLOW 14 DAYS FOR DELIVERY


Most items will be sent out within a couple of days of us receiving the order (except during holidays).  Please allow 14 days before notifying us if a parcel has not arrived. A claim will then be made with the Post Office. A refund or replacement for missing items  will be offered but a reasonable amount of time must be allowed for the item to arrive.  It should be noted however that we have not had a single parcel go missing in all the time we have been trading and are very confident in the Royal Mail.


Postage charges are calculated on the basis of weight and will also include a small amount for packaging. The amount will be added at the end of your order so you can see the postal charge before you commit to buy.

Your Privacy

Donna Flower will not use your personal information for any purpose other than for posting and your personal information will not be disclosed to any third party.

Returns Policy

We hope that  you will be happy with your purchase.  Refunds  can only given in the case of gross misrepresentation.  We are unable to refund for buyer's remorse so please be sure that the fabric is what you want before you order. Please note that the fabrics are vintage and as such may not always be perfect. We always do our best to describe any faults or blemishes but there will be the rare occasion when something is missed, We are only human after all.     In the event of gross misrepresentation, a full refund, including postage charges, will be made.  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel if there is a problem.
