Vintage Retro 1950's Quilt

This is a gorgeous vintage quilt made from cottons and sateens from the 1940's and 50's. The design is 'Tumbling Blocks' a series of diamonds with a variety of designs of florals, checks, polka dots and novelty prints. In beautiful condition. The backing is a blue cotton with small white clover shapes. The quilt has been quilted by machine with a zig zag stitch.

There is no wadding in between so is a lightweight quilt suitable for a throw or bedcover.

Measures 170cm (67") x 154cm (60").

Perfect on a bed for the vintage or shabby chic home, as a throw, a picnic blanket or for the camper van.

In perfect condition with no holes or blemishes.
