Vintage French Vichy Check

A beautiful piece of hard to find French Vichy Check cotton fabric from the 1890's. This lovely cotton is a woven check using 3 colours, red, white and dark blue which gives it that unique Vichy check look. An amazing fabric!

Measures 121cm (47") wide x 113cm (44") long.

In good vintage condition for the age but there are a few small marks and some teensy little holes. There is a hem on one edge and a small tear about 3" long along one selvedge. None of these faults detract from this great fabric but are mentioned for accuracy.
